About the Role

As our Off-Grid Powerhouse, you'll be a strategic and results-oriented leader who spearheads the development and management of our solar product lines. You'll leverage your industry knowledge and passion for clean energy to ensure our products meet the evolving needs of off-grid explorers and the vanlife community.

Responsibilities:

1) Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new product opportunities and market trends.
2) Develop product roadmaps and define product features based on market needs and customer feedback.
3) Manage the product development process from concept to launch, collaborating with engineering, marketing, and sales teams.
4) Oversee product testing and quality assurance processes to ensure product reliability and performance.
5) Monitor and analyze product performance data to identify areas for improvement and inform future product iterations.
6) Develop and implement product pricing and go-to-market strategies.
7) Manage product lifecycle and ensure ongoing product support and after-sales service.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience:

    • 5+ years of experience in product management or a related field.

    • Proven track record of successfully managing product lifecycles from concept to launch and beyond.

    • Experience working in the renewable energy or solar technology industry a plus.

  • Skills:

    • Strong understanding of the solar energy industry, vanlife market, and customer needs.

    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify market opportunities and product development needs.

    • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, sales).

    • Project management expertise to manage product development timelines and budgets.

    • Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).

    • Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product decisions.
