Shipping & Return Policies

Shipping:

  • We offer shipping across India using trusted courier partners.

  • Expected delivery time is between 2-7 working days (May vary in case of festivals, weather conditions, customs, etc)

 

Returns & Replacements:

  • Non-functioning product: If your product arrives damaged or malfunctioning, please inform us within 7 days of receipt. We'll investigate the issue and process a replacement / full refund upon confirmation of the nature of the issue.

  • Change of mind: Unfortunately, we do not currently offer returns for a change of mind.

 

Replacements:

  • If your product arrives damaged or malfunctioning, you can request a replacement within 7 days of receipt. Please ensure the product is returned in its original packaging.

  • Product warranties are always applicable beyond the 7-day replacement period. Please refer to the product warranty information for details.

 

Important Note:

  • Please keep your order confirmation email as proof of purchase for any return or replacement requests.
