About the Role

Do you thrive on exceeding customer expectations and building lasting relationships? As our Customer Experience Manager, you'll lead our customer service team in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every customer interaction.


1) Manage and lead the customer service team, providing coaching and development opportunities.
2) Oversee all customer service inquiries through phone, email, and online chat channels.
3) Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, following established protocols.
4) Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers experiencing difficulties with AlloyCharge products.
5) Proactively identify and address customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.
6) Implement and monitor customer service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
7) Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and FAQs to empower customers with self-service support options.


  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred in Electronics, Electricals. Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

  • Experience:

    • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

    • Experience resolving customer inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues related to solar products.

  • Skills:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.

    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to effectively resolve customer concerns.

    • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple inquiries simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

    • Proficiency in customer service software (CRM) like Salesforce or Zendesk.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Knowledge:

    • In-depth knowledge of Alloy Charge products and services.

    • Strong understanding of solar energy technology and its applications in vanlife.

    • Excellent product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions and provide technical support.
